So how do they actually work?
You can either upload a CSV file of your subscribers together with Your custom field information in separate columns… or may easily add these fields to your forms which will only apply to prospective readers.

I won’t go too much into the form Things here because I have a whole section on this below, but this is the strategy I would recommend if you wished to use this attribute.
