Finally, the’Fields’ tab is used to personalize your email copy.
You’ll notice that MailerLite has Already populated this region with their own areas, such as name, company, and nation.
If You Would like to create your own custom fields, you can do so by Clicking on the’Add new field’ button.
So how do they really work?
You can either upload a CSV record of your readers along with Your custom field data in distinct columns… or may easily add these fields to a types which will only apply to prospective readers.

I won’t go too much into the form Stuff here because I have a whole section on this below, but this is the strategy I would recommend if you wished to use this attribute.
Again, once you’ve collected your custom field information from fresh Readers, you are able to pull them into your email content and subject line.

Unlike some email marketing tools, MailerLite really offers a Decent set of form building tools.

Let’s start with your Bog-standard embedded form.

Clicking into any campaign will Give you specific reporting for that effort.
This is where you’ll find a few statistics such as Unsubscribes, spam complaints, bounces, reading environment, email client and much more.
This should be plenty of Information for the average consumer…
…but in Case You really want To dig into the numbers, you can click into individual areas of the report to get a more detailed breakdown.
You can find some real gems under These reports.
For example, the’View Mail’ tab also displays a click map, so It’s possible to see exactly how your subscribers interacted to one another.

Granted, it’s not quite as Feature-rich as something such as ActiveCampaign because it lacks a number of the conditional elements. (Split, Go To, Goal, etc.. )
For Instance, there’s now no automation for transferring Readers directly into another automation.
That being said, most of these activities can Nevertheless Be achieved by moving Subscribers into various groups that trigger new automation workflows. It’s just not as efficient…. yet.
Another question of efficacy here is when creating new mails In the automation workflow builder.
After having an email cube to The workflow, you will be asked to add your topic line which then appears on the block itself.
From there, clicking on the’Design email’ button will fire up the Writer:

While it’s not as quickly as ConvertKit, or as feature-rich As ActiveCampaign, or as template-heavy as MailChimp, it works exceptionally well at just about anything you can throw at it.
I find MailerLite strikes the perfect balance Between flexibility, simplicity and speed, and all at a price point you will seriously struggle to beat.
