So how do they actually work?
You can either upload a CSV file of your subscribers together with Your custom field information in separate columns… or may easily add these fields to a forms which will only apply to future readers.

I won’t go too much into the form Stuff here since I have a whole section on that below, but this is the approach I would recommend if you wanted to use this feature.
